*Measure*	Determination of affinity constants in protein/protein or protein/ligand or protein/DNA interactions. Determination of the stoichiometry of the biochemical interaction. Determination of thermodynamic constants such the enthalpy and the entropy.
Sample volume 2 ml at around 10-20 uM for the protein, 500 ul at 100-200 uM for the ligand. Duration 3 hours.
