The facility comprises 2 types of equipement:
- Fluorescence spectroscopy plate readers, dedicated to fluorescence and luminescence characterization of biomacromolecular interactions or folding, enzymatic activity, protein expression… either from gels, solutions dispatched in multi-well plates, cells on petri dishes or multi-well plates. Some readers can do kinetics measurements, with or without injection.
- Advanced, custom-built microscopes. Most of this equipment is operated by dedicated research engineers and projects are run on the basis of scientific collaborations.
