The crystallization experiments are set up in 96 well sitting drop plates via nano-dispensing robot (50-100 nl/drop, Mosquito, STPLabtech). For initial screening we're using commercial screens and for crystallization optimization, commercial additifs and home made solution . The facility is equipped with an automated imaging system for protein crystallization (Rock Imager, Formulatrix). |
