Registration

Registration to the meeting is free, but mandatory.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE : May 7th 2015

In case of oversubscription, priority will be given to the members of the IPOLS GDRi and the GRISBI network.

Registration includes access to the meeting, abstract book, coffee breaks, cocktail dinner on June 1st and lunch on June 2nd.

Venue

The meeting will take place in two different locations, in Montpellier's historic City Center (l'Ecusson)

Day 1 (June 1st) : Montpellier Medical School

On Day 1, the meeting will be held in the Theatrum Anatomicum of the Montpellier Medical School, the world's oldest medicine school still in operation.

 Days 2-3 (June 2-3) : CRDP Center / Canopé

On day 2, we will meet at the CRDP Center, close to the "Place de la Comédie" and the "Esplanade Charles de Gaulle".

Hotel & transports

HOTELS

We recommend that you reserve your hotel as soon as possible.

You will find a list of hotels on the website of the "Office du Tourisme". We recommend that your select an hotel located either in the City Center (l'Ecusson) or close to one of the Tram Lines (preferably Line 1).

ARRIVAL BY PLANE

Your airport is Montpellier Mediterannée (MPL). From there, in addition to Taxi service (20-30€), there is a shuttle service (Bus n° 120) between the Airport and the "Place de l'Europe" Tram Line 1. You can then take the Tram Line 1 (direction Mosson), toward the City Center (Shuttle + Tram : 2.40€ . ~30 minutes)

ARRIVAL BY TRAIN

You will be arriving at Montpellier St Roch station, that is connected to all Tram lines, and is within walking distance from the City Center, Hotels, and conference venues.

ARRIVAL BY CAR

Unless your hotel is offering a parking service, we do not recommend arriving by car, since all the conference venues and most of the hotels in the City Center are located in a pedestrian area.
